Welcome to the Links page of my website.  Here you will find links to helpful websites. This page is updated periodically as I get time to browse the Internet and find new and useful websites.

Psychology Today: This is the website for the magazine of the same name.

Interesting Articles:

Oprah's Interview with Pema Chodron: This link will take you to an excerpt from Oprah's conversation with Pema in the February 2008 issue of Oprah's magazine.  She refers to Pema as "One of the world's wisest women".

The Unabridged Student Counseling Virtual Pamphlet Collection: This site contains the most comprehensive collection of informational pamphlets for college-aged students I have found.  Counseling centers from numerous college campuses have contributed concise and useful information about a variety of topics.  The site is easy to navigate.

Psycheducation.org:  I like this site because of the clear information it provides about Type II Bipolar Disorder and Bipolar Spectrum Disorder. There are lots of great links to more topics than just Bipolar Disorder.

Mindstreet is a company that has developed an interactive computer program to help people with anxiety and depression.  Their program is a computer-assisted cognitive therapy program called "Good Days Ahead."  It is not free of charge, but what you get for the money is certainly high quality, and for those on a limited budget (of time or money), this might be a good alternative to weekly therapy appointments.
